mixed experience. issues with service and room
thin walls unhelpful staff
the location was acceptable. it provided easy access to the metro.
The room was not properly cleaned. I noticed dust under the desk. the walls are too thin. I could hear everything from the adjacent room. the staff were unhelpful. When i requested milk for coffee, i was directed to a shop.

the room was spacious and clean! the bathroom was really nice inside. public transport was convenient with good connections! i also received great recommendations for local restaurants.

the reception staff was helpful and cute! they were pretty good too assist with my requests. the team ensured a smooth and pleasant experience.

helpful staff comfortable bed good linen
i found the staff really good (they really were really good). they provided a good dinner recommendation. the beds were very comfortable, and i appreciated the nice linens. i would definitely return and stay longer next time, maybe even a week!
the walls in my room seemed thin. i could hear noise from adjacent rooms. i could even hear someone sneeze next door, a bit much.
